The Kaohsiung Government's Cultural Affairs Bureau is sponsoring
Taiwan's first-ever 48HFP. If Kaohsiung's Best Film is chosen to represent
at The Cannes Film Festival, The Cultural Affairs Bureau
will pay for a return airfare ticket to Cannes for the winning
film's director!
